4. Products and Ordering

  • Accuracy: We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Order Fulfillment: An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Soft Revive reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled by contacting us at thesoftrevive@gmail.com within 3 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first. Partial cancellations are not allowed. Cancellations are not accepted after delivery.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported to thesoftrevive@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Unboxing Video Proof: Claims for damaged products require an unedited video of the unboxing process starting from the sealed package. Claims without this video proof may be rejected.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, the funds will be processed via Jazz Cash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer.
  • Product Reactions: Soft Revive will not provide a refund or exchange for adverse reactions to a product. Customers are advised to discontinue use immediately and seek professional advice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are typically 5–7 working days from the time the order is dispatched. These times are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Resolution: We will work to resolve issues with damaged or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours, as per our Return/Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

  • Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Soft Revive or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Maximum Liability: In the event of a breach of these terms, Soft Revive's liability is strictly limited to the price you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.
